Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra (BPHS) by Maharishi Parāśara.

Introduction

The Second House (Dhana Bhava) in Vedic Astrology
governs wealth, speech, family, food habits, early childhood, and facial features. According to BPHS
Chapter 13, the placement of the 2nd Lord in various houses determines the accumulation of wealth,
one’s communication style, and connection with family heritage.
